Non-profit and Community Groups Application

In order to give back and support the organizations that strengthen our community, the LuxaDaisy Live Well Expo is offering a complimentary booth (table-only) to approved non-profits and community groups. As part of participation, we invite each organization to contribute a tangible door prize valued at $25 or more—a wonderful way to showcase your mission, highlight your services, and connect with attendees beyond your booth. Promotion of the event within your group is appreciated.
