Ocean Energy Walk
Huntington Beach, CA
Join us August 1, 2026 for an Ocean Energy Walk in Huntington Beach from 8:30am-9:30am.
We will begin in an easy breathing exercise, grounding in with the copper singing bowl frequency to start to slow our mind and body.
A participant chosen Sea Oracle Card will guide us in our intention(s).
We will walk a little, connecting with ourselves and the Ocean energy being shared uniquely for each of us.
There will be a stop for a guided meditation time in our mindful circle to welcome the healing energy and the waters own sound bath.
To complete our experience, we will finish in a tea ceremony of gratitude.
This "Blue Mind" experience I share, is to help you surrender, simply allow yourself to be immersed in the present moment, feeling inspired to just go with the flow, helping you out of your busy mind and into a world that is calm, serene and connected.
