When we show up locally, support one another, and create spaces where people feel truly welcomed, the ripple effect is real, and that impact matters. Women Who Shine celebrates women who lead with heart and create community, and this month we’re spotlighting Madeline Smith, founder of OC Sober Gals, an Orange County nonprofit built on connection, inclusion, and women’s wellness. With the motto “Building Bonds Beyond the Bar,” OC Sober Gals welcomes women who want meaningful, alcohol-free connection. No sobriety label is required, just a judgment-free space where you can show up as you are.
