Live Well Expo?

The November 15 program includes yoga, Pilates, a SOMA Breath Journey, speaker presentations, and a sound bath. These experiences offer opportunities to explore movement, mindful breathing, relaxation, and personal growth.

The event has separate spaces for fitness and sound sessions, speaker sessions, and the exhibitor marketplace. Beginner pickleball lessons will be offered throughout the day.

The marketplace is open from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., followed by a closing sound bath from 3:15 to 4:00 p.m.
