Private and group instruction in yoga and fitness. I offer yoga for birthday parties, bridal showers, bachelorette parties, baby showers, wellness events, corporate yoga, zoom yoga. I teach beginners to those who have practiced for a long period of time. I offer instruction in beginner yoga, vinyasa (flow), power yoga, yoga sculpt, gentle yoga, restorative, and yin yoga.
